PRODUCED USING BIOMASS RESIN FROM SUGAR CANE
This product is produced using biomass resin made from sugar cane, a material we have created that is friendly to both children and the Earth.
* THE JAPAN ORGANICS RECYCLING ASSOCIATION LAUNCHED THE "BIOMASS MARK" LABELING PROGRAM, WHICH EVALUATES AND CERTIFIES PRODUCTS USING BIOMASS RESOURCES, ON AUGUST 1, 2006.
BIOMASS - ORGANIC MATERIAL DERIVED FROM PHOTOSYNTHETIC ORGANISMS - IS CONSIDERED TO BE USEFUL IN REDUCING DEPENDENCE ON FOSSIL FUELS AND BUILDING A SUSTAINABLE SOCIETY. THE LABELING PROGRAM AIMS TO ENCOURAGE CONSUMERS TO UNDERSTAND AND SUPPORT BIOMASS USE, AND TO PROMOTE WIDER APPLICATION OF BIOMASS-DERIVED PRODUCTS BY IDENTIFYING SUCH PRODUCTS WITH THIS MARK.
THE DESIGN OF THE BIOMASS MARK FEATURES A CLOVER PLANT GROWING OUT OF THE EARTH. WHILE CERTIFICATION DOES NOT CURRENTLY REQUIRE A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF BIOMASS MATERIAL TO BE USED IN THE PRODUCT, THE PERCENTAGE OF BIOMASS CONTENT MAY BE PRINTED ON PRODUCTS BY MANUFACTURERS.
THE BIOMASS MARK
As our products carry the biomass mark, our clients are able to use the mark on their products, too. This mark helps others to be aware of the company's environmental stance.
DRAWING PROCESS FOR THICKNESSES UP TO 4MM
Thanks to new technological developments, processing that in the past could only be achieved by injection molding is now possible through other means and without the associated high expenditure. The initial cost previously incurred when creating unique shapes and thicknesses has dropped drastically since we no longer rely on this type of molding.
FUSION WITH GRAVURE PRINTING
It is possible to apply vivid full-color gravure prints in high contrast to the white resin base of these products.

We are a toy planning and development company founded by CEO Katsuhisa Yoshida. Katsuhisa's commitment to design, quality and ongoing innovation has helped to establish and secure Gateway Arch as a leader in the toy industry, recognized as both an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM).
Our core mission is to deliver joy through high-quality products that have proven essential in the Japanese animation industry, including jigsaw puzzles, trading cards, figures, and other art-related items.
